Management Information System (MIS)
At the organizational level, a structured Management Information System (MIS) has been developed to ensure effective management of information and smooth functioning of all programs.
The MIS has been designed keeping in mind the trust’s programs, administrative structure, and operational requirements. This system supports regular monitoring, follow-up, and evaluation, thereby improving overall organizational effectiveness.
A proper and timely reporting mechanism has been established to ensure accurate documentation and informed decision-making.
